Free delivery for orders over £30.00 within the UK via first class Royal Mail.
Delivery Information
All deliveries are subject to Royal Mail postal services, and deliveriy times exclude bank holidays and public holidays.
Once the goods are in the possession of Royal Mail, H & A chic boutique cannot be held responcable for any delivery delays, this includes delays due to inclement weather, mis-routing, incorrect delivery addresses and force majeure.
Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland and parts of scotland may take longer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy on most items, allowing you to try our garments without obligation.
Unwanted items must be returned as new, unworn in it's oringinal packaging with the label still attached.We are unable to accept any returns in anything other than new condition.
Returns must be done at your own expence.
We recommend that you use a tracked service to ensure the return arrive back with us and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage when in transit.
